Can we stay for just one night?

This is always possible in the single room category and in the double room category in the off-season – depending on availability. Not in the other categories.

How does the check-out work?

Personal check-out is possible between 08:00 and 11:00. You can also choose online check-out, pay and leave the key at reception.

When is the check-in?

Check-in is from 3 pm. Monday and Tuesday until 6 p.m. in person, then via a key locker. Wednesday – Sunday until 9 pm, then via locker.

Can we bring pets?

Your pet is very welcome. We charge an additional fee of 15€ per night and per pet. A good behavior is required. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.

Do you offer breakfast?

Yes, we are happy to offer you a breakfast buffet (daily from 08:00 – 10:00) for 16€ per adult (from 14 years) and 8€ for children (from 7 years – under free of charge).

Is the sauna open and is there a charge?

Guests can use the sauna free of charge – it is open from 10 am to 9 pm and can be used depending on occupancy. We ask for a short registration at the reception. You will need an extra key.

Where can I drop my bicycle?

Yes, we have a bicycle shelter with a bicycle stand.

Can I rent a bicycle on-site?

Yes, we offer very high quality bikes from Haibike and Husqvarna for a price of 28€ per day and bike.

Questions regarding your room

Do you offer extra beds?

Extra beds are only possible in selected rooms and cost an additional €20 per night – please contact us.

Is there a minibar?

The rooms do not have a minibar – you are welcome to take drinks to your room. Each room has its own fridge or access to a shared fridge.

Questions regarding payment

Can you write the restaurant bill on my room?

Yes, this is possible. Our service will offer you the option when paying.

Which payment methods are available?

You can pay by cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or EC Maestro bank cards.

When will I pay?

You pay conveniently on-site on departure.

Questions regarding bookings

How it the cancelation policy?

There are 2 different rates. With our Fully Flexible Rate you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. With our non-refundable rate you pay a reduced price but you cannot cancel.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

You do not need a credit card. However, you are welcome to use it to complete the checkout process online or to have the bill charged to your card.
