Here you will find seasonal, regional cuisine, with great respect for the product and a preparation process focused on sustainability. We work according to the “zero waste” principle and recycle as much as possible. We place the greatest priority on resource-saving products from our region: wherever possible, we use the products that require the least amount of energy, packaging and transportation.

Our lovingly designed indoor area with its conservatory offers a unique view and space for up to 40 people. When the weather is pleasant, we also open our outdoor area, which can accommodate 40 more guests. Here you can enjoy your food and drinks in the open air and let your gaze wander over the surrounding landscape of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains.

For exclusive evenings and special occasions, we offer you the private sandstone room and our wine cellar. These rooms provide the perfect setting for a private course meal or a relaxed business dinner. The Laasenhof Resort also has a hall for events and celebrations for up to 55 people.
